Found these online a few years ago, and ran across the recipe the other day. Love these with a good steak! Ingredients:
3lbs yukon gold potatoes |
8 oz blue cheese |
2 tsps chopped fresh rosemary |
1 cup heavy cream (can sub with whole milk) |
Directions:
1. Prep potatoes; you may skin them if preferred or leave it on. 2. Cut into large chunks and boil till soft. (Boiling time depends on size and type of potato) 3. Mash potatoes with cheese, rosemary, and milk. 4. Add milk as necessary to create desired consistency. |
