This will keep up to 2 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Ingredients:
150g creamy blue cheese, at room temp, crumbled |
125g sour light cream |
70g fresh dates, chopped finely |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place cheese in a medium bowl and use a fork to mash until almost smooth. 2. Add the light sour cream and dates and use a spoon to mix until well combined. 3. Season well with salt and pepper. 4. Serve on whole wheat biscuits, crackers and with/on celery sticks. |
