Blue Cheese-Almond Pears

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 (8-ounce) package nonfat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon honey
6 firm, ripe, unpeeled pears
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. Spread almonds in a pieplate, and microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after every minute. Set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy. Add sour cream, blue cheese, and honey, beating until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and chill, if desired.
3. Core pears; cut each into 10 wedges. Brush cut sides of pears with lemon juice. Spoon 1 teaspoon blue cheese mixture onto each pear wedge; top evenly with almonds.
