Yet another oatmeal smoothie. This is a great healthy breakfast full of antioxidents. Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal |
5 tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
6 frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Blend till smooth. Enjoy with a straw. |
