Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
2 cups skim milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Add wet ingredients together
2. Beat in eggs
3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl
4. Slowly mix in dry ingredients
5. Add blueberries - fresh, if frozen defrost first
6. Cook on low- medium heat in a oiled pan (Use PAM spray for no calories)
