Lower in fat without oil Can substitute soy milk and or egg beater healthy recipe The sweeter the blueberries the less need their is for syrup. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups oats |
2 cups skim milk |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. Add wet ingredients together 2. Beat in eggs 3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl 4. Slowly mix in dry ingredients 5. Add blueberries - fresh, if frozen defrost first 6. Cook on low- medium heat in a oiled pan (Use PAM spray for no calories) |
