Recipe is from the USA Rice Federation. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice, cooled to room temperature |
4 -6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbed |
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce |
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine rice, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl; toss lightly. |
