Instead of having you bacon, lettuce and tomato between 2 pieces of bread have it with a little macaroni Ingredients:
1 box elbow macaroni (8oz) |
2/3 cup mayonaise |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
1 tbsp vinegar |
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper |
8 slices bacon; cooked & crumbled |
3 green onions finely chopped |
1 large tomato chopped |
chopped romaine lettuce (bitesize pieces) |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Drain and rinse. 3. Set aside. 4. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper. 5. Add pasta and remaining ingredients to mayo mixture. 6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 7. Up to 24 hours. (after the 24 hour mark the lettuce sogs) |
