A luscious dip that has the taste of a BLT. Quick and easy but has that homemade appeal. Don't use prepared bacon bits. It takes the real thing to make it taste right. Ingredients:
16 ounces sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 large tomato, diced small |
1 cup shredded lettuce |
8 slices bacon, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Place on paper towel to drain and set aside to cool. 2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend together. Fold in crumbled bacon. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. 4. Serve with chips of choice |
