An easy dip that's always a hit. Best served with wheat or rye crackers or lightly toasted party rye or sourdough breads! Ingredients:
8oz sour cream |
8oz mayonnaise |
2 roma or plum tomatoes |
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled |
2-3 green onions sliced |
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes in half and seed and juice them thoroughly by holding in your hand and squeezing out seeds and juice.(this is important to keep dip at a nice consistency) then chop finely. Mix all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to meld. Serve with crackers or toasted bread squares. |
