A quicker than quick wrap sandwich for lunch or a light dinner. From Quick Cooking magazine. Ingredients:
3 cups shredded lettuce |
1 1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes |
12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
4 flour tortillas, warmed |
Directions:
1. Combine the first five ingredients and mix well. 2. Spoon down the center of each tortilla, then fold the ends and side over the filling and roll up. 3. Serve immediately. |
