BLT Bread'salad

Taste just like a BLT, with a light vinegarette dressing, and a good addition to a lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
3 cups cubed french bread
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups leaves lettuce, torn
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes on an ungreased baking sheet, and coat lightly with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. For the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the water, vinegar, mayo, sugar, and oil until smooth.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, and bread cubes.
5. Sprinkle with bacon, and onion.
6. Drizzle with dressing, and toss to coat.
