Easy to make and they taste great. You can make these vegetarian to! Just sub the bacon with bacon bites(made from soy) or morning star bacon. Ingredients:
16 to 20 cherry tomatoes |
1 lb cooked bacon(fake bacon)cooked and crumbled |
1/2 cup mayo or miracle whip |
1/3 chopped green onions |
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
2 table spoons snipped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top. Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours. |
