2 tbs horseradish |
2 tbs olive oil |
2 tbs vodka |
1 tbs lemon juice |
1 tsp worchestershire sauce |
salt and pepper to taste |
3 pints grape or cherry tomatoes |
4 celery ribs sliced |
garnish: celery leaves |
Directions:
1. whisk everything except tomatoes and celery 2. Add tomatoes, celery and toss to coat well 3. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving 4. Just before serving toss again and garnish with fresh celery leaves |
