Easy appetizer for adults and a good way to use the cherry tomatoes when your garden takes over. Use the leftover vodka in real Bloody Mary's. The prep time is to poke holes, and to marinate Ingredients:
2 -3 cherry tomatoes |
vodka |
kosher salt |
tabasco sauce or hot sauce |
toothpick, for serving |
Directions:
1. Poke holes in tomatoes and put in tall glass or jar.
2. Pour vodka over top.
3. Add a couple of drops of hot sauce.
4. Let sit several hours so that the vodka gets in the tomatoes.
5. Serve on toothpicks with salt on the side to dip in if desired.
