This was suggest by the ladies at the Spice Merchants, who have been conspiring with me on my crazy savory cheesecakes. This has some zing!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter crackers, crushed |
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
1 tea. lemon juice |
2 large eggs |
4 ounces tomato paste |
6 baby dill pickles, grated fine |
1 packet, dry bloody mary mix(spicemerchants.biz) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^. 2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray. 3. Swirl cracker crumbs to evenly coat sides and bottom of pan. 4. Set in fridge. 5. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. 6. Add eggs, tomato paste. 7. Fold in grated pickles and spices, mix completely. 8. Pour into prepared pan. 9. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes. 10. Let cool and serve at room temp. |
