For a crowd, freeze extra tomato juice into ice cube trays so drinks don't get diluted. Ingredients:
8 cups tomato juice |
5 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
10 dashes worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro |
1 tablespoon celery salt |
2 lemons, juiced |
hot sauce |
ice cubes |
vodka, your favorite |
pickled green beans |
lemon and lime wedges |
cocktail olives stuffed with pimiento |
celery sticks |
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, celery salt, lemon juice and hot sauce to taste. 2. Put a few cubes of ice in glasses. Pour some vodka in the glasses, and then fill them with the tomato mixture. Top with your choice of garnishes. 3.
