I found this in Prevention Magazine a few years back and added the blueberries myself Ingredients:
2 bananas |
2 cups skim milk |
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
1. In a blender, process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice, honey and blueberries until smooth. Serve immediately. |
