You can squeeze the oranges up to an hour before serving; any longer, and they may lose their freshness. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh blood orange juice (about 4 oranges) |
3 cups champagne or sparkling wine, chilled |
1 tablespoon cointreau (orange-flavored liqueur) |
Directions:
1. Strain juice through a sieve into a pitcher; add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. |
