Delicious blondies with cream cheese,coconut and chocolate chips or chunks. Something for everyone. Ingredients:
1 c flour |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
5-1/3 tbs unsalted butter,room temperature |
3 oz. cream cheese,room temperature |
1 c packed lt. brown sugar |
1 large egg |
1 tbs vanilla extract |
1/2 c chopped hazelnuts |
1/4 c sweetened shredded coconut |
1/2 c dark chocolate chips or chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mis an 8 square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in small bowl. 2. Beat butter and cream cheese in a large bowl with mixer at med. speed until fluffy. Add brown sugar and beat 3 to 4 more minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix on low until just combined. Fold in the hazelnuts,coconut and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon. 3. Spread the batter in prepared pan and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean,35 to 40 mins. Let cool 20 mins before slicing. |
