Blondies (Gooey Variety)

This is a friend's recipe for blondies. It's low in flour and is therefore easy to make gluten free if you have gluten-free flour on hand.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt sugar and butter together and allow to cool. Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt and stir until well blended.
2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for about half an hour. Blondies should still be gooey but hold together.
