1 cup rice flour |
2/3 cup potato starch |
1/3 cup tapioca starch |
1 1/2 cups canola oil |
2 cups brown sugar |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon xanthan gum |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Bake in a greased 13X9 pan for 30 minutes. 4. When cool, frost with caramel frosting. |
