A paler alternative to your favorite vinegar-based barbecue sauce, this version complements chicken as well as shrimp. Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
Directions:
