This is an easy recipe that uses self rising flour (less measuring) and the end result is wonderful. Ingredients:
2 cups light brown sugar |
2 1/2 cups self rising flour |
2 large eggs |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. 3. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Batter will be stiff. 4. Spread in prepared pan. 5. Bake 30 minutes. 6. Cool and cut into 1-inch squares. |
