Blond Brownie Caramel Cups |

These are always eaten all up...From Pillsbury Ingredients:
brownie cups |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
topping |
20 caramels |
1 tbls. water |
1/2 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Line 16 muffin cups with paper baking cups 3. Melt butter in saucepan 4. Remove form heat 5. Stir in brown sugar 6. Add vanilla and egg then beat well 7. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans 8. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups 9. Bake 16-20 minutes or until golden brown 10. In saucepan, melt caramel with water over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth 11. As soon as you take cakes out of oven, put chocolate chips evenly into middle of each cup 12. Spoon 1 tbls. of caramel over chocolate chips 13. Sprinkle pecans over caramel topping 14. Cool completely |
