These are sooooooo good and so easy!
Ingredients:
16 oz. pkg caramels
1 chocolate cake mix
1 cup nuts, chopped
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan, heat and stir until melted. Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and mix well. Press 1/2 of this dough into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on baked dough. Cover with caramel mixture. Spread remaining half of dough over caramel. Spread with fingers (does not spread well). Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 F.
