Blistered Tomatoes with Corn, Green Beans and Basil Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 cup organic cherry tomatoes |
1 cup beans, snap, green |
2 cup corn whole kernel |
1 cloves, raw garlic |
4 tbsp basil, fresh |
1/4 tsp spices ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet until hot. Add tomatoes and cook, shaking the pan until the tomatoes are blistered and softened, about 5 minutes 2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in beans and cook covered, until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. 3. Stir in corn and garlic, cook stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in basil and pepper. |
