This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Roanoke, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 pound creamed cottage cheese |
2 ounces melted butter |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup cake meal |
4 beaten eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except eggs then add eggs and grease muffin tins. 2. Fill tins 3/4 full then bake at 350 for 45 minutes then serve with sour cream or jelly. |
