Adds a little bite to crockpot potatoes; very little effort to make. The cook time is when cooking on high. Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes, diced |
1 1/4 cups green onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon basil, chopped |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
2 ounces blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Layer potatoes, 1 cup onions, basil, 1 tbs of oil, salt, and pepper in a crockpot. 2. Cover and cook 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high. 3. Gently stir in cheese and remaining oil. 4. Cook an extra 5 minutes on high. 5. Top with green onions and serve. |
