Use as a dip or spread with chicken wings, chips, or crackers. Yield is 3 cups estimate 20 servings per cup for a total of 60. Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 cup fat free sour cream |
4 green onions, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons dried parsley |
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
1 garlic salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. |
