Bleu Cheese Cold Cole Slaw |

This tangy cold slaw is served along with garlic mashed potatoes and steak at Mick and Moochies, a popular steak house in our area. Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, shredded |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
black pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Put shredded cabbage in bowl with tight-fitting cover. 2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar,salt, sugar and pepper. 3. Pour over cabbage and mix well. 4. Add bleu cheese and stir. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
