Great for low carb dieters! Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or rare roast beef! Ingredients:
8 oounces blue cheese, crumbled |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 cup brandy |
1 teaspoon thyme, powdered |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can develop. |
