Spicy Ingredients:
1/2 kg prawns |
3 garlic |
1/2 inch fresh ginger |
3 candlenuts (buah keras) |
10 onions |
10 dried chilies or 1 tablespoon chili powder |
water |
1/2 tablespoon soybeans |
1 tablespoon sugar |
4 tablespoons tomato sauce |
1/2 tablespoon cornflour |
Directions:
1. Pound all the spices. 2. Dry fry the prawns a while and remove. 3. Fry the spices and add water with seasonings. 4. When boil, add prawns and cook till done. |
