Ingredients:
1/2 kg prawns
3 garlic
1/2 inch fresh ginger
3 candlenuts (buah keras)
10 onions
10 dried chilies or 1 tablespoon chili powder
water
1/2 tablespoon soybeans
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
Directions:
1. Pound all the spices.
2. Dry fry the prawns a while and remove.
3. Fry the spices and add water with seasonings.
4. When boil, add prawns and cook till done.
