It's very easy and inspired by an southitalian recipe. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
500 g pasta (buccatini or spaghetti) |
1 (400 g) can tomatoes |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs |
Directions:
1. cook buccatini al dente. set aside. 2. in a pan heat olive oil. 3. add tomatoes, italian herbs, cayenne and black pepper. 4. cook until it's bubbling. 5. mix thoroughly with Pasta. 6. serve with cheese. 7. enjoy. |
