1 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 medium onion, cut into wedges |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2-3/4 cups. |
