A quick and simple recipe i copied from a mini cookbook but haven't tried yet. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Grease 8 oven-glass custard cups. Put all ingredients into electric blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 15 seconds. 3. Pour into prepared cups. Bake 40 minutes. |
