Easy and tasty. Simply mixed in a blender Ingredients:
3 large eggs |
3 tbs melted butter, margarine or oil |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 garlic cloves smashed ( optional ) |
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Have all ingredients at room temperature. 2. Heat oven to 425F, 3. In blender, add eggs, shortening, milk, salt, garlic and lastly flour. 4. Blend all well. 5. Consistency should be like heavy cream. 6. Grease well muffin tins or popover tins. Yield depends on size of tins. 7. Heat empty tins in oven a few minutes. 8. Bake until puffed, golden and done 9. Remove tins from oven an carefully remove and serve immediately |
