Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
dash of red pepper |
2 cups vegetable oil, divided |
1/4 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, salt, mustard, paprika, red pepper, and 1/2 cup oil in container of an electric blender; process at high speed until thickened. Slowly add 1/2 cup oil, blending well. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process until well blended. Slowly add remaining 1 cup oil, blending thoroughly. |
