These cookies are delicious and quick to fix. The original recipe said to bake them on foil, but they stuck, so I recommend parchment paper. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 1/2 ounces coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend the egg whites and sugar on High for 15 seconds. 3. Add the vanilla and coconut, and blend on High for 15 seconds. 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment covered cooky sheet. 5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. 6. Let them cool for a minute before removing. |
