Ingredients:
4 egg yolks |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
dash of pepper |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in container of an electric blender; process at high speed until thick and lemon colored. 2. Turn blender to low speed; add butter to yolk mixture in a slow, steady stream. Turn blender to high speed; process until thickened (about 30 seconds). |
