Blender German Chocolate Pie |

Wonderful taste, but oh so easy. Serve warm with ice cream for a special treat. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 pinch salt |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
2 eggs |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
2/3 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup coconut flakes |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
pie shell, unbaked |
Directions:
1. Put all dry ingredients into blender. 2. Blend just until combined. 3. Add remaining items, blend well. 4. Pour into unbaked pie shell. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
