Quick and easy way to make a delicious Chocolate Mousse in a hurry Ingredients:
2 packages knox gelatin |
1/2 cup cold milk |
3/4 cup milk, heated to boiling |
1 egg |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 1/2 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place gelatin and 1/2 cup cold milk in blender while heating milk. 2. Add 3/4 cup warm milk& blend on high. 3. Add next 5 ingredients and blend again. 4. Add cream& blend again. 5. Add ice cubes, blend one last time. 6. Pour into mold& chill. |
