So easy, so delish ! Do try this unique recipe. Its light and lovely Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust recipe to fit 9 x 12 baking dish- i usually dust buutered pan heavily with graham crumbs |
1 3 oz lemon gelatin ( or another flavor you like ) |
1/2 cup boiling water |
2 cups large curd cottage cheese |
1, 8 oz whipped topping |
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water and let cool. 2. Place in blender with 1 cup cottage cheese, blend for 10 seconds. 3. Add second cup of cottage cheese and blend well for 10 seconds. 4. Turn into bowl and fold in whipped topping. 5. Pour into prepared crust. 6. Top with pie filling 7. Chill well before serving |
