Blast from the Past Low Carb Ham and Scallions With Cream Cheese |

Put these out on a buffet and they are the first appetizers to vanish. You just might eat more than you serve. Ingredients:
12 scallions, trimmed |
12 slices ham (packaged works better than deli) |
8 ounces cream cheese, philly of course, softened |
Directions:
1. Spread each slice of ham with cream cheese and place a scallion on the long end, rolling them up jelly roll fashion. Trim dark ends of scallions. 2. Secure with toothpicks and then cut between toothpicks to make little bite-sized pieces. |
