My favourite use for this stuff is to baste lamb chops on the barbecue. Ingredients:
1 leaf spinach |
3 sprigs parsley |
2 sprigs mint |
2 sage leaves |
3 ounces unsalted butter |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Finely chop the spinach and herbs or pass them together through a parsley chopper. 2. Mix the chopped herbs into the butter with a wooden spoon, beating well. 3. Add the salt. |
