Blackened Tilapia Ingredients:
1 tbsp paprika |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp cayenne powder |
3/4 tsp white pepper |
3/4 tsp black pepper |
1/2 tsp thyme |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
12 oz tilapia fillets |
1 lemon |
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. 2. In a shallow dish combine paprika, pepper, thyme, and garlic. Pour butter in another dish. 3. Dip fillets in butter and then paprika. Turn to coat evenly. 4. Cook fillets in skillet, 2 minutes per side. serve with lemon wedges. |
