I served this with sauteed spinach, sliced tomatoes and avocado, and a wedge of lemon! This has a bit of a kick... so, I hope you like hot! Enjoy.... Ingredients:
12 ounce (2x6 oz portions) salmon, skinless and boneless |
1 t italian seasoning |
2 tsp. cracked black pepper |
2 t paprika |
1 t sea salt (a moderately allowed paleo ingredient) |
1 t cayenne pepper |
1 t olive oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Season each piece of fish with rub. 3. Heat 1 T olive oil in a large skillet (I love my cast-iron pan for this) over medium heat. Add seasoned salmon and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. 4. Transfer the whole pan to the oven and cook for another 4-6 minutes. |
