Ingredients:
1 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken thawed and cut into 1 inch pieces |
1 jar(s) ragu cheesy classic alfredo |
16 ounce(s) fettuccini noodles |
1-2 tablespoon(s) old bay seasoning |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Boil 12 cups of water in a large sauce/soup pot and add the fettuccini noodles. Noodles need to boil about 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil into large skillet or frying pan and add chicken. Season with the salt, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. Cook chicken about 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly (I like mine to be lightly golden brown). Drain the cooked noodles and add the Ragu Alfredo sauce to the same sauce pot you used for the noodles. Add the noodles back to the pot along with the cooked chicken (drain grease, if any, before adding). Stir until sauce is covering the noodles and the chicken. If the sauce seems dry, add a little milk to the Ragu Alfredo jar and shake. Mix the remaining sauce into your dish. 2. For an even quicker and easier way to make this dish, replace chicken with Perdue Shortcuts Grilled Chicken. The chicken is already fully cooked so all you will need to do is boil the noodles, then drain and add the sauce and chicken. |
