this is a recipe that will satisfy both adults and kids. It can be used as a side or on a taco, YUM. Ingredients:
2 cans of corn, drained |
1 small squirt of cilontro paste |
1 red bell pepper, minced or finely chopped |
2 teaspoons pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Toss corn and pepper in skillet, set knob on high. At 15 minute mark, add cilontro paste. Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly, many time for last 15 minutes. the corn and peppers should be blackend. |
