You can use any of your favorite berries, or mix it up with a combination of fruit. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened |
1 medium banana, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup fresh blackberries |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately. |
