A great breakfast smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 vanilla bean |
1 cup milk |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 cup fresh blackberries |
1/4 cup fresh blueberries |
Directions:
1. Cut vanilla bean in half length-wise. Scrape out seeds. Reserve. 2. Into a blender add milk, yogurt, blackberries, blueberries and reserved vanilla bean. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Serve chilled. |
